30-Day Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our Mongolian cashmere products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label (domestic orders only).
  3. Pack the items securely and attach the return label.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
